How i cure my cold at home


Hello, everyone how r you all? I know that you must be thinking that what happened and why I am sharing this home remedies for cold, Now as we can see that monsoon is on the peak and then even as I stay in Bangalore I normally face monsoon very frequently. I was sick for 3 days and I am ok now.

There are many things which I want to share and even I have used to recover from cold.
I was having a headache and runny nose. But no fever, Now I am going to share which are the natural ingredients that I have used to recover. First, I am going to start with,

1. Ginger Lemon Tea

This tea I prepared two times a day and had it hot once in morning and then the second time is at evening. To make this tea the ingredients we need is.


  1.  Small Peace of Crushed ginger.
  2. Two tea spoon of Honey
  3. Half lemon
  4. One cup of water.
How to prepare:-

We need to first boil one cup of water after you find that your water is boiled then add crushed ginger in that boil the water till the ginger's juice is mixed with the water, after that add the half lemon juice in that and make sure you add this at last when you off the stove flames.
Then mix the honey well and stir well till you see that the honey is mixed. then your Ginger and honey tea recipe is done.

Make sure to have this tea when it is hot so that your throat will get the soothing effect and you will feel good after some time.

2. Hot Oil Hair And Body Massage

Hot oil massage is the oldest remedies for cold and headache, But to choose the oil is your wish as I normally use during my sick times is Mustard Oil., Yes you heard it right as mustard oil is very hot in nature and really thick in nature as well. There are many people who will not like to use mustard oil due to the hard smell. But I feel that you can use Coconut oil instead of  Mustard Oil.
Make sure that the Mustard Oil or Coconut oil is hot, but not boiling hot, should be warm so that your skin can bear the hotness. 
The second step is you can take 2 garlic cloves and one big table spoon of oil and then hot the oil with garlic and make sure to apply it warm on your neck and chest for a better result, but not on hair as it is mixed with garlic.

3. Turmeric With Milk

Turmeric is really helpful for our skin and body, during old ages there was no doctor to cure diseases, the first thing they used was turmeric for cuts and wounds, Now let's talk about benefits of Turmeric Milk and how many things it can cure.

  • It can reduce Inflammation.
  • It boosts immunity.
  • Relieves Joints Pains.
  • Eases Menstrual Cramps.
  • Helps in good digestion.
  • Helps in preventing cancer.
  • Helps you to sleep well.
  • And it helps for Cold and Cough.
And it is even easy to make, take one cup of warm milk and take 1 table spoon of turmeric and mix it well, You can also mix crushed Ginger in it for the flavor and take that ginger after 2 min of a steer as we need only the ginger flavor.
